SALT LAKE CITY -- Utah Community Credit Union and Mountain America Credit Union were among the winners of the first-annual customer and employee loyalty awards from Allegiance Inc.
The awards were based on customer/member and employee feedback collected by the company's Active Listening System during 2006 and were presented at Allegiance's first user conference, held April 20 in Park City.
The loyalty scores were based upon the collective feedback from employees, customers and members.
Utah Community CU ($527 million) of Provo was a winner in the finance category for customer loyalty awards, while $2.1 billion Mountain America, based in West Jordan, was the credit union winner in the employee loyalty awards category.
Currently about 100 credit unions and banks are among the more than 1,400 organizations and companies using Allegiance's on-demand enterprise feedback management solutions, according to the South Jordan-based company (www.allegiance.com).
