TIC FCU and Identity Theft 911 Partner for Members

COLUMBUS, Ga. -- TIC Federal Credit Union is helping its members fight back against identity theft.

The credit union has teamed with Identity Theft 911 to provide one-on-one assistance and proactive education to members at no cost.

"TIC strives to be on the cutting-edge when it comes to excellent customer service and bettering our members' lives," said Janet W. Davis, president/CEO of TIC FCU. "The Identity Theft 911 program not only provides much needed support in the event of an identity theft catastrophe, but also helps our members maintain financial balance."

Highlights of the identity theft program available to all TIC checking account members free of charge range from unlimited one-on-one access to a personal advocate and systematic notification to credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies, to an additional year of active follow-up after resolution and ongoing threat alerts, tips and education to help minimize future exposure to fraud at www.identitytheft911-ticfcu.com.
