HARRISBURG, Pa. -- River City Federal Credit Union has tapped interactive financial institution training provider TRC Interactive, Inc. to help meet its training needs.
As part of the partnership, River City FCU will deliver online instruction through TRC Interactive's CreditUnionTrainingOnline program, which includes full use of its learning management system Training Central.
CreditUnionTrainingOnline is TRC Interactive's extensive online library of uniquely customized training courses for credit unions that incorporates the institution's terminology and logo, giving it the look and feel of its very own training program. Loaded with enhanced graphics, animation and special effects, the online courses are designed to engage and involve trainees to increase retention and performance.
Subscribers have the opportunity to access online courses such as sales, teller, compliance, customer service, lending, and management. Training Central provides full management and tracking capabilities, including customizable, real-time reports that can be generated and viewed onscreen, filtered and sorted by a wide variety of categories. All reports are downloadable to print or save.
