FSCC Bolsters Network Security Through GlobalCerts and Websense

SAN DIMAS, Calif. -- The Financial Service Centers Cooperative has partnered with two technology vendors to provide increased network security.

To protect against data breaches the cooperative has enlisted GlobalCerts LC, a Charlottesville Va.-based group that develops solutions used to secure proprietary and confidential information to facilitate compliance with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and European Union Privacy Laws. FSCC will also work with San Diego-based Websense Inc., a leader in Web filtering and provider of Web and desktop security software.

FSCC is an international shared branching network and is a founding and operating member of the CU Service Centers Network, a cooperative shared branching network of over 1,100 credit unions and over 2,100 locations available in 45 states, Puerto Rico and on U.S. military bases in five countries.
