Oregon Credit Union First To Interface XP2, fiVISION Solutions
PORTLAND, Ore. -- Advantis Credit Union plans to be the first credit union to interface the CRM platform from fiVISION with the XP2 core processing platform from XP Systems.
The $460 million CU plans to launch the first phase of the system--core service and sales modules--by May. Three more phases will follow, with completion set for September.
The CRM solution will allow the credit union's staff to quickly identify what products members are currently using and which best fit their needs, says Ron Barrick, the credit union's CEO.
The interface between the new memberWORKS relationship management suite and the CU's core system will allow any user to utilize the CRM solution, enabling more thorough sales and service, according to Indianapolis-based fiVISION (www.fivision.com).
The company says its CRM and account opening products currently interface with Symitar Episys, Open Solutions Inc.'s RDS and XP Systems' XP2 core processing platforms and more than 10 other peripheral member data systems.
