PHOENIX -- Desert Schools Federal Credit Union has promoted Theresa Fadel to senior director of retail branch administration.
The former Regional Director of Traditional Branches has been with Desert Schools since 1996. Prior to joining Desert Schools, Fadel held various positions with First Interstate Bank (acquired by Wells Fargo & Co.) and American Family Insurance.
In her new role, she will be responsible for retail branch administration functions in support of Desert Schools' growing retail branch network. This includes, but is not limited to, development, implementation, and ongoing management of all administrative aspects of Desert Schools sales and service efforts as well as retail branch operational policies, practices and procedures.
