WASHINGTON -- After this year, CUNA will no longer be holding its Governmental Affairs Conference at the Washington Hilton as it has for about the last 30 years.
But, even with the change in venue next year, the change in faces of Congress and at NCUA, there can be no doubt that the event has been singularly focused on affairs inside the Capital Beltway impacting credit unions. CUNA's GAC has featured credit union friendlies from Capitol Hill and the administration, as well as entertaining guest speakers from all aspects of business and life. Here's a look back at CUNA's GAC in the 21st Century.
