MOORPARK, Calif. -- The $570 million San Mateo Credit Union, headquartered in Redwood City, Calif., has chosen Lynxgate Solutions to provide an ATM management system, Lynxgate has said. The CU will use the CAT ATM management suite, a product of Fiserv, Inc, to manage its 18 ATMs.
The CU's ATM program is growing, adding the most recent six ATMs in the last year, Lynxgate said. The program will provide advanced ATM management, including monitoring and switch gateway capabilities.
"CAT offers fluid expandability," said Pete Kneisler, SMCU's vice president of information services. "We can meet our members' needs quickly and efficiently while controlling costs."
"Using the marketing capabilities of CAT will help us fulfill our belief that an educated consumer makes wiser financial choices," Kniesler continued. "We can market directly to each member, helping them attain their specific financial goals. LynxGate's CAT helps us fulfill our mission of financially educating our members."
The credit union currently handles 6.7 million point of sale transactions per year, a number which is expected to rise after the CU installs the CAT system in 2007.
