Digital Dialogue Offers Call Center Scripting

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- A scripting program that Digital Dialogue uses in its two Michigan member service centers is now being offered to credit unions.

Called CUScripter, the service's scripts begin with a credit union's greeting and include standard response scripts that can then vary in detail to address multiple needs. It also can allow for quick resolution of even non-routine requests by directing those inquiries to designated personnel or departments through custom routing, the company says.

"CUScripter removes the often dangerous element of individual interpretation," says Howard Hoemann, Digital Dialogue's vice president of sales and marketing.

Digital Dialogue (www.digital-dialogue.com) operates two member service centers in Michigan that provide 24/7 service by telephone and online.
