HARRISBURG, Pa. -- IBEW Plus Credit Union and interactive financial institution training organization TRC Interactive, Inc., have joined to deliver online training through CreditUnionTrainingOnline(R) for credit union-wide training needs.
CreditUnionTrainingOnline(R) is TRC Interactive's online library of training courses for credit unions that are customized, incorporating each institution's terminology and logo to include the look and feel of their very own training program. The program utilizes enhanced graphics, animation and special effects to engage and involve trainees to increase retention and performance.
Subscribers to CreditUnionTrainingOnline(R) can access Sales, Teller, Compliance, Customer Service, Lending, Management, and other online courses, study guides, free tech support, as well as other course facilitator material. IBEW Plus CU will have full use of Training Central(TM), the program's learning management system.
