WASHINGTON -- The Iowa Credit Union League has won over a legislative staffer to its lobbying team. Julie Duhme will be joining the league as director of government affairs. Duhme, a native Iowan, graduated from Luther College and worked as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Jim Leach in Washington, D.C., for the past three years. "Julie's legislative experience and background will be a strong addition to the League's government affairs department," the league said in a statement.
