PHOENIX -- At the First Corporate Credit Union Annual Meeting recently, Robert D. Ramirez and incumbent Gloria Mundy were elected for three-year terms to the corporate's board. The 2006-2007 directors are as follows: Rita Albertson of SRP CU, chair; Gloria Mundy of Bashas' Associates FCU, vice-chair; Randy Baldwin of Tucson Old Pueblo CU, treasurer; Dan Desmond of TruWest CU, secretary; Ron Westad of Arizona FCU, director; Jim Knoff of Pima FCU, director; and Robert D. Ramirez of DM FCU, director. The following volunteers serve on the supervisory committee: Steve Gessel of Arizona State CU, chairman; Susan Frank of Desert Schools FCU, secretary; and Robert Swick of Hughes FCU, member.
At the board meeting following the corporate's annual meeting, Stephen Dunham, of Canyon State CU, was appointed to serve as chairman of the credit committee. Other credit committee members include Janet Valenti of Deer Valley CU, secretary; and Greg Harden of FirstCorp, member.
