Navy Federal Branch Wins Float Contest

VIENNA, Va. - Navy Federal Credit Union's St. Mary's branch made a splash at this year's St. Mary's Fourth of July parade.

Out of 60 entries the Navy Federal team walked away with first place honors in the float contest.

The Navy Federal St. Mary's Team members spent more than a month on the design of the winning float, which consisted of all things patriotic, including: the Liberty Bell; Declaration of Independence and Constitution; Uncle Sam; the original 13-star flag and the current flag; and Tricia Horlacher, Miss Navy Federal 2006.
