Houston Texas Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union, Houston, has awarded Rebecca Becknal, Blake Besselman, Alisa Chandler, Christopher Hagan, Justin Hutchens and Meghann Lowdermilk each with a $1,000 scholarship. All of the winners were judged on academic achievement, character, leadership, community involvement and an essay. This is the second year in a row that the credit union has awarded these scholarships and the program continues to grow.
