Constitution Corporate Federal Credit Union, Wallingford, Conn., has elected Chris Fonseca, Gary Hultgren, and Warren Scholl to serve three-year terms on its board. During the reorganization meeting, the following individuals were elected to serve on the executive committee: George MacDonald, chairman; Chris Fonseca, vice chairman; Gary Hultgren, treasurer; Ed Hogan, secretary; and Dan Daigle, board member. The following individuals were re-appointed to the supervisory committee: Robert Aresti; Francis Proto; John Smietana; Gail Todd; and Joanne Todd. North Jersey Federal Credit Union, Totowa, N.J., has promoted Joan Mirante to vice president of human resources. Guardian Federal Credit Union, Portsmouth, Va., has re-elected Loren P. Tschohl to a three-year term and elected Mary H. Norris and Lewis Fisher Jr. to three-year terms. The oard elected its officers as: Richard J. Losea, chairman; Loren P. Tschohl, vice chairman; and Steven D. Whitehead, secretary/treasurer.
