ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Eastman Kodak has released the KODAK i1200 Series Scanners and the KODAK i1300 Series Scanners.
Each series offers simplex (i1210, i1310) and duplex (i1220, i1320) models and include enhanced Perfect Page image processing technology for producing high-quality images. The i1200 Series captures up to 30 pages/60 images per minute, while the departmental i1300 Series offers a maximum speed of 60 pages/120 images per minute, the fastest in this category.
They also feature:
* Tilt and scan-allows adjustment of the angle of the scanner to accommodate either ad-hoc transaction or higher-volume batch scanning jobs for any available workspace. Ideal for use in crowded workspaces.
* Smart touch scanning-With the touch of a button, easily send scanned documents to network, e-mail, print, or a desktop application in a number of file formats including PDF, TIFF, JPEG, RTF, and searchable PDF.
* Attachable, tethered flatbed accessory-this optional A4-size flatbed accessory captures fragile or bound documents at very high optical resolution (1200 dpi). It attaches to the scanner with the included six-foot USB cable enabling a variety of placement options to best suit individual space and workflow requirements.
