I am a member of DFCU Financial and believe although the conversion is off the table, the board and management still need to be addressed. Here is a letter I sent to DFCU Financial: I am terribly disturbed by the aggressive, secretive, self-serving and selfish conversion effort the board, management, and supervisory council recently attempted. I am pleased that they have come to their senses. I would, however, like to see the supporters of this measure resign. Those who put their self-interest before that of the members should resign immediately. We also need change in the bylaws so that crooked people do not hijack this credit union in the future.
