Cheri Adair has also joined the credit union to assist members with mutual funds, stocks, bonds, IRAs, investment consulting and retirement preparation. Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, Norte Dame, Ind., has promoted Deidre J. Davis to vice president of marketing and business development. Cardinal Community Credit Union, Mentor, Ohio, named Douglas Childs vice president of mortgage lending. Gail DeBoer has been named executive vice president of SAC Federal Credit Union, Omaha, Neb. Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, Minn., appointed Phil Smith, vice president of lending strategies, to TransUnion's Customer Advisory Panel. Consumers Credit Union, Waukegan, Ill., has elected Alice Clements and Lou Paparigian and re-elected Rick Rickert and Kenneth Robinson all to three-year terms.
