INDIANAPOLIS - FORUM Solutions has integrated the online quoting and delivery system for point-of-sale products from Allied Solutions into the credit union subsidiary's TAPS lending platforms. Credit unions using TAPS software now can accurately determine eligibility and make quotes and provide other complementary services directly through their host loan-origination systems, says Doug True, president of FORUM Solutions, part of FORUM Credit Union in Indianapolis. "We are the first loan-origination solution to seamlessly integrate GAP and Mechanical Breakdown Protection quoting through the powerful iQQ application. This integration streamlines the application process, improves member service and creates sales opportunities," True says. FORUM Solutions began operations in 2000 and provides consulting, consumer loan origination and Internet banking solutions to credit unions. Allied Solutions serves more than 3,000 financial institutions with a variety of insurance and financial services products.
