SAN DIEGO - Cabrillo Credit Union's Scripps Ranch branch has received the 2005 Secret Shop Award from Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. (FSCC). The award singles out the Scripps Ranch branch for achieving a 100% shop score from FSCC and the Credit Union Service Centers Network. FSCC is a network that allows credit unions to come together and share their branches in a cooperative effort to service credit union members. "This is particularly impressive considering that this is the first year in which the Scripps Ranch branch of the credit union has been a part of the FSCC Credit Union Service Centers Network," said Cabrillo CU Vice President of Marketing Anne Legg. "We are extremely proud of our staff at the branch." The in-person evaluation consists of 15 questions divided into three categories: Branch Exterior (25 points), Branch Interior (20 points), and MSR/Teller Performance (55 points).
