VALLEY FORGE, Pa. - Credit union data processor USERS has partnered with Andera, Inc. to help USERS' credit union clients open and fund new accounts for their members online. Andera's popular New Accounts Online solution has been integrated with DataSafe, USERS' core processing system. USERS said New Accounts Online interfaces to DataSafe in real time using Connect-I.T., its middleware system. Connect-I.T. utilizes XML to facilitate fast integration. To date, 50 third-party applications interface through Connect-I.T. USERS' clients will have access to all the modules of New Accounts Online, including fraud prevention, funding, cross-selling, and branch & call center. 1st Advantage FCU in Newport News, Va. is the first USERS' client scheduled to go live with the software.
