MADISON, Wis. - CUNA Mutual Group has tapped Systems & Services Technologies Inc., a leading independent loan servicer, to provide auto loan servicing solutions to CUNA Mutual's collateral protection credit unions and their members. The partnership is effective immediately and means SST will provide auto loan servicing solutions designed to help CUs improve member service and mitigate collateral lending exposure. The agreement means that CUNA Mutual's Collateral Lending Risk Management Solution offerings to credit unions will now expand to include: Full Outsource Servicing (call center and collections support), Title Administration, Vehicle Remarketing and Payment Processing.
