MINNEAPOLIS - Wolters Kluwer has brought five prominent financial service providers under its umbrella brand to form Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Effective Jan. 3, the following businesses will go to market with the new brand name: Bankers Systems, Atchley Systems, VMP Mortgage Solutions, CCH Wall Street, and GainsKeeper. Customers will continue to see a number of known brands, such as Bankers Systems, VMP, and GainsKeeper; however, the brands will be used as the names of product family brands rather than company names, according to the company. Invoices, stationery, business cards, and other materials will adopt the new Wolters Kluwer Financial Services brand immediately. "We are excited about this change and the increased capabilities and value we will provide customers and partners as we become more integrated under a company brand," said Brian Longe, president/chief operating officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.
