MC CLEAN, Va. - Gen. Colin Powell (ret.), former secretary of state, and Frank Abagnale, former fraudster and now an FBI instructor, are among the list of speakers who will address attendees at the National Automobile Dealers Association's 89th Annual Convention and Exposition in Orlando, Feb. 11-14, 2006. The 2005 show in New Orleans was the second time credit unions had a presence at the premier annual event for U.S. automotive dealers. Like the 2004 show, the 2005 event featured the America's Credit Unions booth that was organized by Credit Union Direct Lending and which reinforced the credit union message and CUs' involvement in and commitment to indirect lending. Tom Purves, chairman and CEO of BMW U.S. Holding Corp. will be the keynote speaker at the 2006 convention.
