Many thanks for the profile of me included in your look at past NCUA Board members in the July 13 issue, and for including the handsome portrait (color photography had not yet been invented when that one was taken!). July 13 was my mother's 93rd birthday - I expect reading this profile will be her present! I need to make one small assurance to your readers: the activities listed were not simultaneous, nor are they all current. They have been spread out over two states and more than two decades of concern for those who have not been - in life, work, and friendship - as fortunate as I have been.
