DALLAS - Town North Bank, the bank which is owned by a group of credit unions, has hired a new executive to oversee its burgeoning Card Services arm. TNB Card Services both manages portfolios on behalf of credit unions and well as advised others and has purchased more than 60 card portfolios which it administers through agent programs with the credit unions. The new executive is Scott Wagner, a former senior vice president with First Data and, before that, an executive with Commerce Bancshares in Kansas City, Missouri. Wagner will start as executive vice president, according to CEO John Reap. Rollie Penn, a current executive vice president and Glenn Lee a First Senior Vice President will report to Wagner, a spokesman for the firm said.
