MINNEAPOLIS - Prime Alliance members now have access to title insurance and related services from Prime Alliance Services LLC, through an agreement the company reached with The First American Corp. In addition, the Loan Fulfillment Center, a Web-based mortgage fulfillment solution from Prime Alliance Services, has been successfully deployed at BECU, Bellco CU and Bethpage FCU and will shortly be implemented at Wright-Patt CU, Lockheed CU and America First CU. The Loan Fulfillment Center features intelligent, conditions-based workflow and connections to preferred service providers. Prime Alliance Services says a key feature of the new solution is its integration with external partners involved in the mortgage process, allowing CUs to take advantage of preferred pricing on mortgage services negotiated on their behalf. Prime Alliance Services, a partnership between Prime Alliance Solutions and Dexma Inc., has already formed joint partnerships with Advanced Collateral Solutions to provide both full and automated property valuations, and with Digital Documents to provide disclosure and loan document packages.
