CALABASAS, Calif. - Digital Insight will continue using Metavante Corp. as a supplier of bill presentment and payment products to the Internet banking vendor's clients at least through 2010. That's according to the terms of a new, long-term agreement announced between California-based DI and Milwaukee-based Metavante. The pact also calls for the companies to jointly develop new product interfaces that will promote improved implementations and greater functionality between their products. Digital Insight says it has committed to delivering to Metavante "significantly increased levels of bill payment and bill presentment transactions relative to the prior contractual minimums, which will trigger volume discounts for Digital Insight throughout the five-year term."
