FRISCO, Texas - IntegraSys has been named one of the 50 "best places to work in Dallas-Fort Worth" by the Dallas Business Journal. The publication produces the list each year based on such areas of employee satisfaction as leadership confidence, manager support and peer collaboration. This year the list will be in the weekly newspaper's May 6 issue. IntegraSys is a credit union core processing unit of Fiserv. Nearly 300 of its approximately 500 employees responded to an online survey when solicited by the Dallas Business Journal after IntegraSys was nominated for the award earlier this year. The responses to that survey were used to determine the winner. "This honor not only adds value to IntegraSys' reputation in the local community, but also illustrates to the rest of the business world that employee satisfaction is a competitive advantage for our organization," says Scott Butler, IntegraSys president. The 50 best places to work list has "become one of the most prestigious, sought-after awards in North Texas," adding that receipt of the award "acknowledges the pride that these companies' managers and employees enjoy by simply going to work every day," according to Glenda Vosburgh, assistant managing editor for the Dallas Business Journal.
