Moore received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and her MBA from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. She brings extensive management experience in the healthcare industry to Mobiloil FCU. In addition, she has over 10 years human resources experience with a large Texas-based retailer, where she held positions at the store, regional and corporate level.
