MADISON, Wis. - A seminar addressing identity theft - the most common complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission - is now part of CUNA's list of on-site offerings for April 2005. Security & Fraud Institute attendees may register for the optional Identity Fraud Seminar on April 24 in Savannah, Georgia. The seminar will demonstrate how an individual's identity is stolen (including pretext calling), federal government recommendations for prevention, working with local law enforcement, and what information members will need if their identity is stolen. For more information on these or other learning opportunities offered by the CUNA Center for Professional Development, visit training.cuna.org or call (800) 356-9655, ext. 4249.
