Capital Communications FCU Honors Employee of the Year

ALBANY, N.Y. - Capital Communications Federal Credit Union has honored Branch Representative Howie Silverman as the 2004 Employee of the Year. The 20-year credit union veteran was also recognized for providing outstanding customer service last year with the Top Service Award. "Howie's personality is contagious," said Sue Munks, Main Office Branch Manager. "He delivers the kind of superior service that makes it so members request to see him for their banking needs and won't hesitate to wait if he isn't readily available." Capital Communications FCU staff members choose one Employee of the Year from a pool of employees who have been honored for going above and beyond the call of duty throughout the year. The Top Service Award is chosen from a group of employees who have been nominated by their managers. In addition, Capital Communications FCU has presented Business Development Administrator Steve Fehervari the Top Sales Award and Systems Design and Research Analyst John Griffin the Top Support Award.
