Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union, Board Secretary/Mississippi Telco Federal Credit Union President/CEO Joe Mangum has resigned from the board. The Board of Directors has appointed Gulf Winds FCU President/CEO Chris Rutledge, to fill the vacancy. Rutledge will also continue in his role as chairman of the supervisory committee. Jax Federal Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla., has named Theron Gibson vice president of loans.
