GLASTONBURY, Conn. - Open Solutions Inc. has released Version 3.9 of its core platform - The Complete Credit Union Solution and The Complete Banking Solution. Improved risk controls, application integration and access to relationship data are among the highlights of the fast-growing core processor's flagship platform, the company says. "Financial relationships often hinge upon the deposit side of the banking infrastructure," said Open Solutions product manager Esther D'Albero. "We wanted to give our client institutions even more tools to help their employees bolster those relationships. Our new Teller Express application should help these employees perform multiple financial transactions to multiple accounts from a single screen." Using feedback from users' meetings, Version 3.9 also includes enhancements to credit/debit card setup and maintenance processing, loan servicing and commercial banking applications for both the banking and credit union sides.
