AUSTIN, Texas- Online banking vendor FundsXpress that it has partnered with VoiceAccess Inc. to offer interactive voice response (IVR) systems to FundsXpress clients. The IVR solution will interface with FundsXpress' core products to provide another remote channel for account holders to conduct transactions and access a wide range of information, the companies said. VoiceAccess Inc. is owned by Grayco Bank Products Inc. of Carrollton, Texas. Its IVR solution is accessed by speech recognition or touch-tone phone.
