Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, Md., has named Chris Eliopoulos assistant vice president of mortgage lending. US Airways Federal Credit Union, Moon Township, Pa., has elected the following officers to its board: Paul E. Mitsch, chairman; William D. McCloskey, vice chairman; James M. Frazier, treasurer; and Robert Farrell, secretary. In addition the following directors have been elected to the board: James F. Sullivan, Donald. E. Raspet, Audrey Apple and Vicki Mell. The supervisory committee consists of Donald Billings, Jack Herring, William D. McCloskey, Hank Rougier and Brian Notman.
