SANTA ANA, Calif. -Orange County's Credit Union has taken "doing lunch" with select employee groups to a new level. As part of its marketing efforts to reach targeted SEGs, the $580 million credit union treated over 1,000 existing and potential SEGs to a free lunch. Dubbed an In-N-Out Lunch, the event held at OCCU's new 6,000 square-foot branch here, was a big hit. "Bringing the In-N-Out Cookout Trailer to our branch and inviting neighboring SEGs was a great way for us to showcase not only our products and services, but also our great member-focused spirit," said OCCU Assistant Vice President of Business Development Jason Lindstrom. While waiting in line at the In-N-Out Cookout Trailer, guests were given membership applications and treated to warm, freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies delivered by OCCU Business Development Account Executives. "This day truly was a unique way for us to thank existing SEG members and encourage potential members to sign up. Our main goal was to reinforce our member commitment in a way that was fun and festive, and I think we did just that," said OCCU Senior Vice President of Retail Services Lynda Hill.
