Michigan State University Federal Credit Union, East Lansing, Mich., has raised $32,325 for the Michigan State University Museum and its dinosaur exhibit during its 17th annual Dinosaur Dash. Over 900 individuals participated in the 5K Run/Walk and over 350 children ran the Kid's Museum Mile. Dashers competed in several different divisions, and dinosaur trophies were awarded to overall male and female winners in both running and walking categories. Children participating in the Kid's Museum Mile received a medal and all Mini Dash finishers received a ribbon. USA Federal Credit Union, San Diego, Calif., has donated more than $5,000 in support of Fleet Week, the region's annual local celebration of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families, particularly the Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. USAFCU was a sponsor of several Fleet Week events, including two golf tournaments and a recognition luncheon, as well as support of a commemorative program to attract the teens to the Center for fun, safe activities.
