Educational Employees Credit Union (now Vantage CU), Bridgeton: Commission dismissed MBA appeal for lack of standing; Bankers appealed, asking the court to force the commission to hear the appeal *

City Utilities CU, Springfield: Commission dismissed MBA appeal for lack of standing. *
