DUBUQUE, Iowa - DuTrac Community Credit Union in partnership with St. Mark Community Center and Maria House will host a "Rock the Clock" teen event on Saturday September 21. "Rock the Clock" is a summer music festival created exclusively for the Tri-State teen community featuring musical entertainment by Cumulus Broadcasting and local radio station Y105. Since its inception three years ago over 2,000 teens have attended each event.
