DEL MAR, Calif. - Robert Butler, first vice chairman of Communicators FCU, Houston, has been elected chairman of the Information Technologies Credit Union Association. The ITCUA originated as a trade association for telecommunication (primarily telephone) CUs, but has moved into technology over the years. It recently announced that it would be offering "Neutral Network", an online community where credit unions can learn about vendors and products. "This is an exciting time to be chairman of ITCUA," said Butler.
