<p>IRONDALE, Ala. - Corporate America CU, the former Alabama Corporate, is purchasing the assets of EPL's item processing division. EPL is best known in the credit union industry for its core processing, but it also had a strong item processing business. The corporate says this deal will increase its share draft volume to 3.5 million items a month.</p>
