PASADENA, Calif. - Wescom Credit Union has selected Omega Performance, a provider of training and consulting services, to provide staff training aimed at improving member satisfaction. "Wescom's mission is to exceed our member's expectations in everything we do," said Wescom CU President/CEO Darren Williams. "One way that we can do that is by providing an unmatched level of service." Wescom University, the $1.7 billion credit union's learning organization will work with Omega to deliver the training program to all member contact employees. Wescom CU serves over 170,000 members. Omega is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
