BRANCHING OUT

Fort Community Credit Union, Fort Atkinson, Wis., has held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its new Whitewater facility. The 3,800 square-foot building, designed by The Redmond Co. in Waukesha, features interactive self-service kiosks in the lobby, four drive-up lanes and an ATM. FCCU has $66 million in assets and serves over 14,000 members. FORUM Credit Union, Indianapolis, Ind., has opened a new branch on the Southside. The new facility offers members more services and options. Participating in the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony were Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce President Mike Cope; FORUM Vice President of Operations Florence Brown; Chief Operating Officer Larry Kunkel; and Branch Manager Lucy Jeffries. FORUM CU has $445 million in assets and serves over 72,000 members. American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Fort Worth, Texas, has broken ground on its new headquarters and main branch. The new facility will provide much needed space and is expected to open in late 2001. AAFCU has $2.7 billion in assets and serves 190,000 members.
