AUSTIN, Texas - CUNA & Affiliates President/CEO Dan Mica is the newest member of the FundsXpress Inc. Board of Directors.
FundsXpress is one of the leading providers of Internet banking services for financial institutions in the U.S. The company provides Internet banking support to more than half of the credit union leagues in the country, and last year it signed an exclusive agreement with CUNA to provide Internet banking services to credit unions and their members.
Mica is one of five recent additions to the FundsXpress board that now includes Joseph Bell, vice president, Dell Computer; David Coulter, Beacon Group Partner and former chairman/CEO, BankAmerica Corp.; and Joseph Landy and Kewsong Lee from Wall Street investment banking giant, E.M. Warburg Pincus.
Previously announced board members include City National Bank President Andy Littlejohn and Union Planters Chairman/CEO Benjamin Rawlins Jr.
